Cancellation Policy

At Game Day, we commit to shipping your orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Due to this fast processing, our cancellation rules are as follows:

1. Cancellation before shipment

  • If your order has not yet been prepared, we can consider your request. Contact us immediately at information@gamedayfrance.com with your order number.
  • No guarantee can be given: if the order is already being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation after shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • However, you benefit from our return policy: you have 14 days after receipt to return unused items in their new condition with all tags attached. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Personalized items

  • Personalized items (name, number, badge, specific printing, etc.) are made to order upon payment confirmation. They cannot be cancelled or returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.

4. Incorrect delivery address

  • If you entered an incorrect address, please consult our Address Change Policy and contact us as soon as possible.
