Thank you for shopping with Game Day! Here is our refund policy in a few key points:

Returning items:

  • Personalized items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

  • The item must be returned brand new, with no signs of use, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Return costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • A processing fee of €5.99 applies to any return.

    • Exception: this fee does not apply for a size exchange.

    • This fee covers logistics costs, including the administrative processing of returned products.

Refund process:

  1. Contact our customer service at information@gamedayfrance.com or via live chat, within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Provide your order number, the item details and the reason for the return.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method, less the return fee where applicable.

Refund timeframes:

  • The refund is generally processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
