Returns, exchanges and refunds — three situations, three rules.
In short. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. If the mistake is ours, nothing is charged to you. Personalised items cannot be taken back.

1. If the mistake is ours
Item defective, damaged, not matching your order, or with incorrect printing: nothing is charged to you. Write to us at information@gamedayfrance.com with your order number and a photo of the item and the defect.
We either send you a replacement at our expense or refund you in full. In most cases you have nothing to send back to us: it saves you a trip and saves us both the cost.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
2. Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you are withdrawing, without having to give a reason. Write to us with your order number and the item concerned: we will give you the return address.
You then have 14 days to send the item back to us. It must be new, unworn, in its original condition and with all its tags. We recommend a tracked shipment: without proof of postage, a parcel lost on the way back remains at your expense.
Return costs are at your expense. A €5.99 contribution towards logistics costs is deducted from the refund. The remainder of the sums paid, including the original delivery charges, is refunded to your original payment method — within 2 to 3 working days once the return has been validated, and no later than 14 days after we receive the item.
If your order benefited from an offer covering several items, the discount is spread across all items: a refunded item returns what was actually paid for it, not its list price.
3. Size exchange
The €5.99 contribution does not apply: a size exchange is made with no handling fee. Only the return costs remain at your expense, by tracked shipment.
Write to us with your order number and the size you want. You send the item back first; as soon as it reaches us, we ship the new one. If you are hesitating between two sizes, take the larger one: our shirts run slightly small.
Personalised items
In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, personalised items (name, number, printing, badge) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged under the right of withdrawal. The guarantee in point 1 of course applies in the event of a defect or a mistake on our part.
Item out of stock
If an item in your order turns out to be no longer available, we tell you and we let you choose: a credit note for the value of the item, to use on whatever you like, or a refund for that item. You have nothing to send back and nothing to pay.
