Privacy policy
What we know about you, why we know it, and how you take back control.
In short. We collect what is needed to deliver to you, reply to you and show you our shirts — nothing more. We do not sell your data to anyone. At any time you can ask to see it, correct it or have it erased, by writing to information@gamedayfrance.com.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the operator of the Game Day France store (gamedayfrance.com), reachable at information@gamedayfrance.com.

We never ask for your date of birth, your occupation or anything we do not need. We never see your card number: it is entered with our payment provider and never reaches us.
3. Who else has access
Only the providers that allow us to operate, and only for what we ask of them. We neither sell nor rent your data.
- Shopify — the store, the cart and the customer account are hosted by Shopify International Limited (Dublin, Ireland).
- Shopify Payments and PayPal — payment. They process your card, not us.
- Our supplier and the carriers (La Poste / Colissimo, PostNL, CTT and their partners) — your name and delivery address, so that the parcel arrives.
- Brevo — sending our newsletter emails, if you are subscribed.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — if you have accepted advertising cookies, we measure the effectiveness of our advertising. In that case we pass on your email and phone number in an encrypted, irreversible form, never in the clear, solely to match a purchase to an advert.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR — the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner asks what you accept. Until you have accepted, no advertising or audience-measurement cookie is placed — only those without which the store does not work are active: your cart, your session, security, your choice of language.
If you accept, we use audience-measurement cookies (Shopify) and advertising cookies (Meta). You can change your mind at any time, from the banner or in your browser settings. We use neither Google Analytics nor Google Ads on this store.
5. The affiliate programme
If you arrive through a partner creator's link, we keep a technical fingerprint of your browser for 7 days so that the sale can be attributed to them. This fingerprint does not tell us who you are and is used for nothing else.
6. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and the portability of the data you have provided to us. You may also withdraw your consent whenever you wish — for emails, an unsubscribe link appears in every one of them.
Write to information@gamedayfrance.com: we reply within 24 hours and handle the request within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity, so as not to hand your data to someone else.
If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr — or to the data protection authority of your country of residence.
7. Security
The store is served over an encrypted connection, access to our internal tools is individually named, and payment data never passes through our servers. No system is infallible: if an incident were to affect your data, we would tell you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date below.
