The terms governing sales on gamedayfrance.com. By placing an order, you accept them.
In short. Prices are shown in euros and correspond to the amount you pay us. As our items are shipped from outside the European Union, any import taxes are paid on delivery (details). Your rights of withdrawal, return and guarantee are set out in our refund policy — nothing here reduces them.
1. Who sells
The site gamedayfrance.com is operated by LUNDUN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16346626, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, under the brand Game Day France.
Throughout the site, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Game Day France. Contact: information@gamedayfrance.com.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to anyone who visits the site, uses it or places an order on it. By accessing the site or buying from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and by the policies they refer to. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
You declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You undertake not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to transmit malicious code through it and not to attempt to disrupt its operation. A breach ends your right to use the service.
3. The site and its content
We do our best to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but the site may contain information that is not, or is no longer, accurate. It is up to you to verify information before acting on it alone. We are not obliged to update the site, and an update date does not mean that all content has been reviewed.
The site may link to third-party sites that we do not control and for which we are not responsible. Some third-party tools are provided "as is", without any guarantee on our part.
4. Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in euros and correspond to the amount you pay us. As our items are shipped from outside the European Union, you are the importer of the goods: import VAT, any customs duties and the carrier's handling fee are not included in our prices and are paid on delivery (see our shipping policy). Prices may change at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.
Quantities are limited and an item may become unavailable between your order and its preparation. In that case we tell you and you choose: a credit note for the value of the item or a refund for it. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold to any one person or to refuse an order.
Despite our care, an error in price, description or availability remains possible. We reserve the right to correct an error and to cancel an order placed on the basis of manifestly incorrect information, including after it has been confirmed; in that case, you are refunded in full.
5. Images and descriptions
Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance. Colours may vary from one screen to another, and slight differences in shade, cut or finish are possible between the photograph and the item delivered. If in doubt about sizing, refer to the size guide on each product page.
6. Nature of the products
Game Day France is an independent reseller of sportswear. We are not affiliated with any club, any federation or any kit manufacturer, and we do not act on their behalf.
The products offered are intended for personal, decorative and collectible use. Any mention of a name, a colour or an emblem serves only to identify the item sold and implies no association or affiliation with the holders of those rights, which remain their property.
7. Personalisation
Personalised items — name, number, printing, badge — are made according to the details you enter. Check the spelling before confirming: a typing error cannot be corrected once production has started.
In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, these items are neither taken back nor exchanged under the right of withdrawal. This takes nothing away from our obligations in the event of a defect or a mistake on our part.
8. Order and payment
The sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over an encrypted connection: at no point do we have access to your full card details.
You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information — delivery address, email and billing details — and to keep it up to date. An incomplete address prevents delivery; see our address change policy.
9. Delivery
Preparation and delivery times, charges and countries served are set out in our shipping policy. Transport times are those of the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
10. Withdrawal, returns and guarantees
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. The terms, costs and exceptions are set out in our refund policy.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). No clause of these terms reduces those rights.
11. Shipping of balls
Balls are always shipped deflated: this is what protects them in transit and reduces packaging. Please have a suitable pump ready on delivery.
12. Comments and contributions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content, at our request or spontaneously, we may use, reproduce and publish them without restriction and without any obligation of payment or confidentiality. You warrant that this content is yours, that it infringes no third-party rights and that it is neither defamatory, unlawful nor offensive. We may remove any content we consider contrary to these terms, without being obliged to do so.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or of the products purchased. This limitation does not apply to our legal obligations towards consumers, in particular the guarantees referred to in point 10.
14. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
15. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page. The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time you place it.
16. Governing law and complaints
As a consumer, you retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, including the legal guarantees mentioned in point 10.
